Pool Information

The Newington Forest Community Association pool facility is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Membership is available only to residents of the Community Association. The pool facility is managed by Crystal Aquatics.

Pool Hours: 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily
Beginning Monday, August 21: 4-8 p.m. weekdays and 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. weekends.
Monday, September 2: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

POOL REGISTRATION PAGE This page has a link to the Online Application, the Pool Rules (PR6), the Tenant Form (to be completed by property owners and used to validate the renter resident’s registration). To register, click APPLY ONLINE and complete the application. Residents will complete the Household section and then add EACH MEMBER OF THEIR HOUSEHOLD AS A PATRON. All Patrons MUST upload a recent photo for their registration to be accepted.

Tenants/Renters MUST upload their tenant form for their registration to be accepted.

Residents will receive a confirmation email that their application has been submitted and then another notification after their application has been approved.

That’s all. There is no pass. This is a Check-In system and the information entered on your application will be used for Check In when you arrive at the pool. Residents will give their name at the pool desk and be granted access to the pool (or not if a property account is not in good standing.

Guests are permitted at a cost of $5 at the gate (exact change cash or check only or by purchasing a Multi-Use Guest Pass from the Association office ($35 for 10 visits or $70 for 20 visits).
