ARC Meeting Information
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is comprised of six (6) volunteer residents and generally meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. via the online platform, Zoom. This committee meets to review Architectural Change Requests and advise the Board on issues affecting exterior alterations.
Applications for the following exterior modifications are considered routine and may be reviewed and acted upon by Newington Forest Community Association staff: air conditioners, asphalt roofs, basketball hoops, color changes of any kind, dog pens, doors, fences, handrails, propane tanks, ramps, RV parking, shutters, siding, signs, trees, and windows/screens.
All other applications for exterior modifications require the review and action of the ARC. Architectural Change Requests must be received by 2:00 p.m. on the Friday before a scheduled meeting.
