Community Center Party Room Rental
Located just above the pool, the Newington Forest Community Center Party Room provides space for up to 49 people. The room includes a kitchen area (with microwave, sink, and refrigerator), folding chairs, and long tables as well as a deck to allow for expansion of activities.
The cost for an all-day rental is $250 plus a $250 security deposit. Reservations are confirmed once the association receives the rental agreement form and the payment of the usage fee. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed by the Operations Coordinator.

Saturday | January-May & Aug-Dec: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m. June & July: 1:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.* *See Policy Resolution 7 for exceptions. | $50/hour, maximum of $250 |
Sunday | Year-round: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m. | $50/hour, maximum of $250 |
