Pool Registration and Information!
The pool opens on Saturday, May 25th and all the pool need-to-know can be found on the Pool Information page! If you registered to use the pool during the 2023 pool season - you do NOT need to re-register again this year (you're all set and there in no action needed). If you are new to the Newington Forest Community, visit the Pool Information page to register.
My Portal - New Look!
There is a fresh update to the look of the My Portal link on the right. This document provides information and instructions to My Portal (see your quarterly assessment balance, any property violations, and community announcements).
New 2024 Quarterly Assessment Rates Published!
Single Family Home Dues: $184.65/quarter and Townhome Dues: $275.10/quarter
The Quarterly Assessments are due quarterly on the 1st of January, April, July, and October. Sign in to the My Portal page (on the right side of this page) to view your balance, make a one-time payment, and set up direct debit!
