Form: LED Sign Use
Wish your family and friends a Happy Birthday! Congratulations! Happy Anniversary!
The LED sign located in front of the Newington Forest community center is now available to residents for posting celebratory messages!
Residents interested in posting a celebratory message on the LED sign must complete the Sign Use Form and make payment at the Association office. Messages are limited to up to fifteen (15) words, and the amount of text that can be posted is determined by the size of the font.
Requests should be made at least 7 days in advance of the posting date. Messages will be posted for up to three (3) days. A maximum of three (3) messages may be rotated during the sign rental period.
The cost to post a celebratory message is $20 (cash only). Posts will be confirmed once payment (payable by cash only) is received at the Association office. Requests will receive a confirmation email once payment and the completed form are received.
