Board Meeting Information

A Board of Directors governs the Newington Forest Community Association. Currently, the Board is comprised of nine (9)volunteer residents who meet on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. via the online platform, Zoom. The agenda for each meeting is posted on this page no later than the Friday before the scheduled meeting. Board meeting Minutes may be found on the Board Meeting Minutes page.
 

2026 Board Meeting Dates (starting at 7:00 p.m.)

January 20, February 17 (Annual Meeting and Board Election), March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 21 (starting at 6 p.m.), August 18, September 15, October 20, November 17, December 8.

In addition to the above regularly scheduled meetings, typically a Board Budget meeting is held as an additional meeting in August or September and the Board Hearing Meeting for Covenant Violations is scheduled as an additional meeting in October. These additional meetings will be posted to the membership as soon as they are scheduled on this page and in the community Newsletter.
