Board Meeting Information

The Newington Forest Community Association is governed by a Board of Directors. Currently, the Board is comprised of seven (7)volunteer residents who meet on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. via the online platform, Zoom. The agenda for each meeting is posted on this page no later than the Friday before the scheduled meeting. Board meeting Minutes may be found on the Board Meeting Minutes page.

In addition to the regularly scheduled meetings noted above, the Board typically schedules a budget meeting in September and a Board Hearing meeting to review covenant violations in October. When those meeting dates have been decided, they will be published on this page and in community newsletters.
