Architectural Changes & Standards
Most all changes to the outside of your property require the submission and processing of an Architectural Change Request (ACR) form PRIOR to starting a project. The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) meets on the second Tuesday of each month to review and process ACRs. Residents who are considering a home improvement project should review the Standards listed at the bottom of this page and complete an ACR for processing. Newington Forest refers to the Benjamin Moore Williamsburg Collection for exterior home color change considerations.
